Hello everyone and welcome to my first post! and today I want to share with you all my favorite recipe of tiramisu! I’ve been longing to try and bake one and I finally found the perfect recipe.
I actually made one yesterday and here is it how it looked.. very delicious, I know. It may not be pretty but it’s really good and that’s what counts the most.

Anyway! let’s get to baking!
All you need for this recipe.
- A fridge
- A whisk
- A mixing bowl
- A gratin dish
- A dish
- A spatula
- A kitchen scale
And as for the ingredients for six persons you need:
- 45g of coca powder
- 150g of brown sugar (regular sugar works just as well)
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- As many ladyfingers to fill your gratin dish
- 375g of mascarpone
- And bit more cocoa powder mixed with milk to dip your ladyfingers in!
How to make it
- The first step is to separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- Next you’re going to mix your yolks with the brown sugar and vanilla sugar until its smooth.
- Add the mascarpone using a whisk.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the previous mixture using a spatula. Set aside for a few minutes.
- Make some sort of chocolate milk and dip your ladyfingers in well for it to be softer and add to your gratin dish.
- Cover with a layer of mascarpone cream, then repeat the process by alternating layers of biscuits and cream, finishing with the cream.
- Put your almost-ready tiramisu in the fridge for minimum 4 hours (To be sure it’s all smooth and ready put it overnight)
- And finally sprinkle your tiramisu with cocoa powder and enjoy your tiramisu!
